HW Adworks ("I", "me", "my") operates hwadworks.com. This page explains what information I collect from visitors and clients, how it's used, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

Information I collect

When you fill out the free audit form or contact form on this site, I collect the information you voluntarily provide, which may include:

• Your name and email address
• Your website or business URL
• Your approximate monthly ad spend
• Any additional details you choose to share about your advertising goals or challenges

I do not require payment information to submit a form, and I never ask for your ad account password. Account access, if you choose to proceed, is always granted as read-only through the advertising platform's own sharing tools.

How I use your information

Information submitted through this site is used only to:

• Respond to your enquiry or audit request
• Review your advertising account, if you grant access, for the purpose of the audit or ongoing management you've requested
• Follow up about the services discussed

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services, which may process data on their own terms:

• Netlify Forms: processes and stores form submissions so they can be delivered to my email.
• Google Analytics: collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) to help me understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can opt out using your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other ad platforms: if you engage me for account management, I access your advertising account directly through that platform's own permission system, governed by that platform's privacy policy.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to understand site traffic. These cookies don't identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some site features may not function as intended if you do.

Data retention

I keep information submitted through this site for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing me.

Your rights
